This reputable organisation is one of Australia€™s largest and most recognised civil contractors delivering high quality infrastructure projects across the country.

The project is based just outside of Newcastle and involves the construction of a brand new piece of highway including a number of bridges. With the existing team growing at a rapid rate we are looking for an experience Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction of different sections across the project.

Reporting to the Project Engineer and Project Manager you will assist the site team to ensure the project is built in accordance with required standards, is finished on time, meets budget, and exceeds the client€™s expectations.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Co-ordinating staff and sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out safety, efficiently and meets quality standards
• Planning and programming work
• Analysing and reporting financial data
• Assisting in preparation of project management plans
• Procurement of resources and material
• Manage sub-contract variations, approvals and payments

You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering, have experience at a Site Engineer level on civil construction projects, and be looking for further your career with one of Australia€˜s premier civil contracting companies.
