our client is a not for profit organisation who provide a compassionate and respectful environment for the aged in a community setting. Just 3 years old, this purpose built facility is part of a larger group which is leading the way in residential aged care.
A unique opportunity exists for an enthusiastic RN to step up in to a clinical leadership role. You will be working Monday - Friday with occasional weekends (more if preferred). There is some flexibility with morning and evening shift with latest finishing time being 8PM. You could choose 5 days or less.
You must have strong clinical skills and have some experience in leading a team. The role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable management experience and a stepping stone to a solid aged care care management career.
You will report to the Care Services Manager and will be provided with lots of opportunities to further develop your skills and career pathway.
To be considered for this role you should possess:
- NSW RN registration
- 3 years RN experience
- Preferred aged care experience
- Preferred team leader/in charge experience
- Passion for quality care for the aged
