We are seeking an experienced Disability Worker to join our Enhanced Living Options team at Salamander Bay. As the Senior Worker, you will lead by example in the provision of direct assistance for our clients within a safe and supportive group home environment.
You will provide professional supervision and support for staff in the ongoing development and evaluation of Individual Plans to achieve client goals. In addition, you will actively drive team initiatives and improvements to ensure the delivery of quality services to, and outcomes for, people with disabilities.
